  1. How can I book a train ticket online?

    You can book train tickets online easily on our website. Choose your departure and arrival stations, travel date, and number of passengers. Then select your preferred train and seat class, fill in passenger details, and proceed to payment. Once confirmed, you will receive your e-ticket via email.

  2. What are the accepted payment methods?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay. For bookings within Thailand, bank transfer and QR code payment may also be available. Payment must be completed before the ticket is issued.

  3. When will I receive my train ticket?

    After successful payment, your train ticket will be issued instantly and sent to your email within 10–15 minutes. You may present the digital version or a printed copy when boarding the train.

  4. How early should I book my ticket?

    We recommend booking at least 3–7 days in advance, especially for overnight trains or during weekends and holidays. Ticket sales usually open 30 days before the travel date.

  5. How many tickets can I book at once?

    You can book up to 6 adult tickets in one reservation. For larger groups or tour bookings, please contact our support team for assistance.

  6. Are children and infants allowed on the train?

    Yes. Children under 3 years old can travel for free if they do not occupy a separate seat. Children aged 3 to 11 usually receive a 50% discount on most services. Full fare applies to children 12 and older.

  7. Can I get the best price on your website?

    Yes. Our system displays real-time availability and prices from Thai Railways. Booking early helps secure the best fares, especially for sleeper berths or VIP classes.

TICKET CHANGES & REFUNDS

  1. Can I change my train ticket?

    Train tickets in Thailand are usually non-changeable online. To change your ticket, you must visit the station in person or contact support at least 48 hours in advance. Fees may apply depending on the fare type.

  2. Can I cancel my train ticket?

    Cancellations are allowed for some fare types. A cancellation fee of 20–30% may be deducted. Tickets must be canceled at least 48 hours before departure at the issuing station or through our customer service.

LUGGAGE

  1. What is the baggage allowance?

    Passengers are allowed to carry up to 20 kg of hand luggage and 10 kg of small personal items for free. Luggage must not exceed 60 x 60 x 100 cm. Additional luggage may require checking with station staff and incur extra fees.

  2. Can I bring a bicycle or oversized luggage?

    Yes, bicycles and large items can be transported on certain trains for an additional fee. Please notify staff at the station and arrive early to arrange special handling.

  1. What documents do I need to board the train?

    You will need your e-ticket (printed or digital) and a valid photo ID. Foreign travelers may use their passport. Thai citizens can present a national ID card or driver’s license.

  2. Is food available on the train?

    Yes, most long-distance trains offer onboard food and beverage services. You can also bring your own food and drinks. Special meal services are sometimes available in VIP or first-class compartments.
